We Offer:

Skilled Nursing Shift Care

For complex health issues or illnesses, HomePointe HealthCare offers a RN, LPN, or Home Health Aides for everything from 2-hours a day to 24-hour continuous care.

Intermittent Nursing Visits

For these services, RNs, and LPNs visit your home to provide skilled neonatal or pediatric care, including assessments, support, education, and coordination care.

Home Health Aide Services

Paraprofessionals provide assistance with activities of daily living.

Personal Care Attendant

A trained professional who provides non-medical assistance with daily living activities to individuals.

Home and Community Assistance

Provides assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) to individuals in their homes.
